Terms of Redemption

By redeeming a voucher on Attrahit, you agree to the following terms.

1. One-time use

Each voucher code may be redeemed once. Once a code has been successfully redeemed, it is permanently locked and cannot be used again, regardless of who possesses the code.

2. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for entering a correct and valid Bitcoin wallet address. We are not able to recover funds sent to an incorrect or invalid address due to user error.

3. Bitcoin price and volatility

The amount of Bitcoin you receive is determined by the market rate at the time your redemption is processed. Bitcoin prices are volatile and may change between the time your voucher was purchased and the time it is redeemed.

4. Processing

Bitcoin purchases are processed through Stripe’s crypto infrastructure. We do not directly custody or hold Bitcoin on your behalf.

5. No refunds

Vouchers and completed redemptions are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the redemption service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
